AI-based CRE document abstraction solution, DealSumm, partners with Avison Young, the world’s fastest-growing commercial real estate services firm.
Avison Young is happy to announce that it has partnered with DealSumm, a technology company that uses AI to automate document abstractions. The technology will be predominantly used for documentation of leases, and bookmarking content against a library of data attributes that have been captured and made accessible, searchable, and reportable.
DealSumm’s proprietary software provides landlords and occupiers with accurate and comprehensive data, offering an efficient way of analyzing information contained in an individual document or in a collection of documents. The DealSumm platform provides a central repository, allowing users to search, filter, and evaluate information and export data to any 3rd party platform. By leveraging DealSumm, Avison Young customers will be able to gain a better understanding and control of their business.
“Our partnership with DealSumm will increase efficiency at Avison Young and allow us to serve our clients with improved accuracy and speed,” said Mike Hart, Chief Information Officer.
Gideon Morag, CEO of DealSumm added, “We are excited to work with Avison Young, a leader in CRE tech adoption. With DealSumm, Avison Young will be able to capitalize on increased efficiencies and their clients will have online access to quickly retrieve, configure, and analyze their lease documentation through the full lease lifecycle.”
